Crystal is our front desk receptionist who greets everyone with a smile and a hello either in person or on the phone! If you need to schedule or change an appointment Crystal is your person! From check-in to check-out, she is here to make your visit with us positive.

PATIENT INTAKE & INSURANCE SPECIALIST

Madi is our new patient / exam /insurance specialist. She wears many hats in our office and is proficient at all of them. She can answer just about any office questions you may have. She can also help you with cash and payment plans, as well as FSA and HSA plans. Madi will always offer you a smile and encouraging words.
